Hidden features of VLC Player

There are some hidden features in VLC player which I bet most of you don’t know. For the ignorant, I am here to tell you some cool new features which I bet you will relish.

Ever heard of videos on your desktop? Take a look at this option. Open VLC player, open any video file. Go to

Video > Wallpaper. Voila! Now you can see videos on your desktop.

There is a torrent you are downloading and don’t know how it’s quality is. Again VLC is a good way to find out. However, the file must complete atleast 30% of its total size. Open the current media file you are downloading. A dialog box claiming to repair the media file will appear. Click ‘No’. Your file will play .
