♦ Open iTunes 8.2

♦ Connect your iPhone 3GS to the computer.

♦ Launch Purplera1n.

♦ Click the ‘make it ra1n’.

♦ You will have to wait a bit. During bootup, install the purplera1n app called Freeze.

♦ Follow the instructions to complete the jailbreak process.
